Breaking Point #smokefree

The 21 day mark in a quitters journey is often breaking point. This is when many will feel a very strong desire for nicotine. You can read more about this study – or take my word for it. I needed to hold a lit cigarette in my hand and pretend I was smoking it around this time. I resisted – but it was very, very hard.
