Craving like a …


Almost all of the nicotine is now out of my bloodstream and my hands are steadier.

What? Give me more! The cravings are intense – and very, very frequent. I keep chewing on my bottom lip and trying to figure out how I could justify ‘just one’ drag.

But I haven’t caved. Delay, Deep Breathe, Drink Water, Do Something Else.

  1. Hey Rebecca, fantastic that you’ve accepted the challenge to go smoke free! Congratulations on hanging in there so far – keep it up! I’ve been there & understand what you’re going through – it’s hard.
